H+ Hotel Koeln Huerth

The air conditioning in the room was a no-go. When it got stuffy, the solution was to open a window-a bit too retro for my taste. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty, especially in certain rooms, frustrating when you're trying to get some work done. If you're planning a family stay, be aware of potential cleanliness issues-some rooms have been reported to have cockroaches and dirty carpets. Dinner options felt limited, especially for anyone with vegetarian preferences. Parking can be hit or miss, particularly during busy periods.

Hotel is a 4-star hotel, and though it is relatively old, it is in a very good shape. Rooms were wide and clean, without smelling of smoke. The Staff was friendly, and there was a free bottle of water in the room as we arrived. There were also some goodnight candies on our pillow.

Wi-fi is not free... And that could be anything from an annoyance to a major problem.

Nice hotel outside Koeln, next to big shopping center. Very friendly reception, small but very comfortable room, I slept very well here.

There was quite some noise from the nearby parking garage and traffic.

Breakfast was delicious with an amazing choice of food, and the staff were consistently polite and cute.

Location: the hotel was so close to a very nice restaurant, the Autobahn, and a bus station. Also, the place was at a short distance from Burgtor Hermulheim. The room was decent sized and complete with a bathtub. I was offered an amazing breakfast with several different yoghurts and different types of Broetchen, as for instance.

Customer service below par. Personnel standing behind check-out desk would not acknowledge customers and re-direct them to proper line.

The location was super great with a bus station right over the road. Loved the clean rooms, and the breakfast had lots of options including some gluten-free stuff. Staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Great value for money and had a comfy bed, slept like a baby.

the air conditioning didn't work , made the room too hot at night, and i also wished there were more vegetarian options for dinner.

Rooms were very noisy due to presence of connecting doors, especially in the mornings it seemed like the people in the next room were actually in your room.

The staff were all EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, affable.
